I just read Lee Goldberg's short story, "Remaindered," on Amazon shorts. WOW! I loved it. In fact, it was so good, I wish I had written it. If you have not read this clever addition to Lee's personally penned memorable literature, do so immediately for the bargain price of 49 cents. While you're at it, you may as well download mine too, but I already nagged you to do that. Lee, if you read this, congrats on a great story!
I have also used true signing experiences in my books. The character of Randy in HEADLOCK is based on a woman who showed up at an WWA event in Bellevue, Washington. She opened up her purse and out rolled a bottle of Pepto-Bismal. Right then I said, "I'm putting this in a book!" -- and I did.

Thanks! I came up with the story having a book signing very much like the one the protagonist was experiencing...
