If you missed last Saturday's show with Alan R Warren, here it is!
This Saturday at 2pm Pacific Time, 5pm Eastern Time, 10 pm London and 1pm Sitka Time, it is the long-awaited, much anticipated and often dreaded return of the world famous BRENT TURVEY, the man who literally wrote the book on criminal profiling.
Brent is an expert in forensic science, crime scene analysis, victimology, and crime reconstruction. He is currently a Forensic Scientist, Criminal Profiler, and Instructor with his private company, Forensic Solutions, LLC. TO LISTEN LIVE TO OUR SHOW WITH BRENT TURVEY, SIMPLY CLICK THIS LINK AT 2PM PACIFIC TIME SATURDAY.
Responding law enforcement agencies have a duty known as "The Duty of Care" which is the duty to investigate all reported crime, to recognize and uncover false allegations, and prevent them from causing harm to the innocent. Failure to do so can result in miscarriages of justice. When law enforcement fails in their duty of care, they are also exposed to civil liability from those that have been falsely accused.
- "False Allegations" is a forensic textbook on a subject that has been highly politicized.
- Written by qualified investigative and forensic professionals who work cases and give expert testimony
- Offers applied protocols to conduct forensic investigations and evaluations, including red flags
- Based on the most recent scientific research, practice and protocols
- Includes extensive case examples used to augment a variety of different false report models
Burl Barer says "I first became familiar with Brent's work when researching psychopathy under the guidance of Dr. Robert Hare for my book Body Count about serial killer Robert Lee Yates, Jr. I loved reading Brent's papers on serial killers, fake crime scenes, and other fascinating topics. Then, more than 25 years ago we enjoyed an extended telephone conversation that cinched forever my long distance and seldom connected friendship with Brent Turvey. I am thrilled that Brent has agreed to set aside an hour of his time to join us on True Crime Uncensored this Saturday to talk about False Allegations and, if we have time, "testilying" and other ethical violations for the sake of convictions."
