It is not summer camp for the recalcitrant and contumacious.   Daniel Genis  -- our favorite pathetic bandit and easily reformed criminal... one week of stupidity got him 10 years in the slammer -- returns to the show Saturday to tell us all about Rikers Island. You know the place is packed with criminals because someone stole Rikers' apostrophe.
